Whether you’re buying or selling a home, across town or across the country, Dollar Tree Real Estate Plus will provide you the information you need to make an informed decision. Whether selling your home or purchasing a new one, Real Estate Plus will rebate 20% of the commission to you!

Q. Exactly how much do I receive if I use this program when selling my home?

A. 20% of the commission earned on the listing portion will be shared with you approximately 15 days after funds are received by William E. Wood and Associates.

Q. Exactly how much do I receive if I use this program when buying a new home?

A. 20% of the commission earned on the buying portion will be shared with you approximately 15 days after funds are received by William E. Wood and Associates.
Example:
Sales price of home - $200,000
Commissioin to William E. Wood - $6,000
Benefit check to Dollar Tree employee - $1,200
